Go back and read again. In fact he has not purchased any shares privately.

So answer my questions. Why has he purchased through a company? Why has he as CEO of Zinc8 only purchased shares for a very small amount of $34.000 ?

AllenJames, why do you call Ron MacDonald "Mr. MadDonald" ? Is he mad because the share price is tanking and the pump doesn't work?
