hdawgz1 and nineply are wrong about this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Bothe hdawagz1 and nineply have been aware that Zimtu did not file their sedi report properly and have said nothing. They both have statee that that hdawgz1 won his bet with myself (allenjames) but did not criticise David Hodge and Zimtu for not filing their Sedi report correctly. This is not the first time that Sedi has been incorrectly up dated.
The recent sedi report is two transaction not just one transaction. Warrents where change into shares and the share then sold on the secondary market. This is two transaction and Zimtu has done a mangled sedi report with just one entry.
hdawgz1 and nineply are negative about this stock but repeatedly miss important facts that they can use to show missmanagement or wrong doing and instead just make noise about alleged wrong dooing which is not happening.
In a word they are just Being Trolls ineffectively and not really doing anything to bring real negative facts to the attention of real investors.
hdawgz1 and nineply. I challenge you to get your acts together and do a good job of pointing out the real negative aspects of Zimtu company's and not just make noise.
