Abound Energy Inc C.ABND

Alternate Symbol(s):  ZAIRF

Abound Energy Inc, formerly Zinc8 Energy Solutions Inc, specialize in providing energy storage solutions. The Company’s Zaeras Flow Battery technology uses zinc-air chemistry to store and deliver electricity on demand. It is utilizing its Zaeras technology, whether deployed independently or as a facilitative technology, presents opportunities for achieving peak demand reduction, capitalizing on time-of-use arbitrage, engaging in value stacking programs, and entering the distributed long-duration energy storage domain. Zaeras is distinctive in its inherent absence of fire or explosion hazards, sustained capacity preservation over its extensive lifecycle, and its versatility in independently managing charge and discharge operations. Zaeras energy storage capacity is solely dictated by the dimensions of the zinc storage tank. This characteristic yields a scalable solution, offering an alternative to the fixed power-to-energy ratio constraints associated with lithium-ion batteries.

Zimtu - for those who do not like my foul mouthed opinion

Zimtu - for those who do not like my foul mouthed opinionHey, for those of you who cannot seem to handle my honest and foul mouthed opinion of Zimtu and in particular Dave Hodge their is an open discussion going on over on the ZAIR channel of ceo.ca and there is even someone who claims to be representing Zimtu (@pearlcapital) spouting off the virtues of Zimtu in the discussion as well.

If you care to go have a read you can see that I am not alone in my opinion of Zimtu and thus any Zimtu backed companies like Zinc8.  Here is a portion of one of the posts from a poster I am not exactly in agreement with most days:

"The Zimtu MGX pump was then enabled and fronted by Rockstone research who was paid to cover $XMG, which published piece after piece with false and misleading representations by MGX. Zimtu had 100’s of thousands MGX shares and warrants. https://fdocuments.in/document/zimtu-roadtrip-2016-brochure.html Zimtu now has less than 50,000 $XMG shares. The companies it’s backed is a long list mostly of failures. Rather than an investment banker engaged in due diligence trying to assure that the companies it is raising money for and promoting are well managed and truthful, the list of disasters speaks for itself. Character and track record is everything in business."

Does any of this sound familiar as it pertains to the Zinc8/Zimtu relationship and how Zinc8 has been pumped by Zimtu and their shillboy Stephan Bogner of Rockstone?  What about shares and warrants?  If you think Zimtu really gives a rats @ss about you the shareholder and the long term success of Zinc8 and thus the ZincAir technology you are being duped.  They are going to milk this into the milk turns sufficiently sour and be gone leaving you the bagholder and shaking your head at how you could have possibly been so fooled even though you were warned.

My advice, pick a selling price (high and low), set them in and take your profits when you can because greedy "Jabba the Hutt" will screw you over and laugh about it while munching down another bag of chips on a so-called investor zoom call.

Good luck!
