Take into account that at least this time they have a plan and committments with NYPA and others, and that this is a different company of a different nature. The liquidity will take the risk out for at least 1-2 years. The main concerns at least for me this year is the eventual demo at Surrey House and progress in getting the new facility and for the NYPA/nyserda works, as a sign that they are following their plan and are more less on track. I think that we will see progress in these areas this year.
