Chip shortage and magnesium shortage. All three have caused low car projection. You go to any new car dealer and the front lot and the used car lot are almost empty. You can sellf from empty selves if you can take orders for product. If you cannot order product due to no production and no parts for repair. You know back orders etc. Dealer are suffering huge loses for the past 18 months.
Used cars are selling at a high premium. In my area some cars are selling for double the price of 2 years ago. Keeping track of the car industry is a leading economic indicator. I do this all the time. We are entering a WW2 type of economy and investors should be advised to invest accordingly.
Mr. Haley with his so called wealth, will not be building a show case home, when his business is strugling to stay alive. We have a new covid varient in north America to-day and who knows when this will end and we go back to normal.
In a word. Surrey house will not go forward for some time if at all !!!!!
