Check the SEDI reports for the latest from Sorin Spinu transacted on Dec.9th & 10th.  Wonder how many other insiders dumped during this time frame if we are just finding out about this transaction from almost a month ago now.

Sorin I am sure thanks all of you suckers out there for running up the SP for him to cash in just before the Zinc8 was supposed to do the big reveal at Surrey House on Dec.21st.   Once again, why would an insider be cashing in if the company is prepared to take off in just a few short days.  Do you think he knew the Surrey House installation was not going to happen?  Do you think maybe he thought he better sell off prior to average investors being disappointed?  Just sayin.   Pretty odd time to sell off.

I bet he was not expecting the SP to run up the way it did otherwise why would he have sold?   Just another red flag for you folks out there not paying attention.   Insiders are selling off while you are busy buying above 50 cents.   Seems reasonable.

If all the answers to your questions were validated the stock would be a 10-20 Billion dollar tech company. Since these questions are yet to be quantified the market prices the technology with this risk in mind. Markets are both rationale and irrationale.
