Let's review - not making any predictions but....
No working product ever produced since the inception of this company(s) . (2011)
No demo product even in small scale lab form
So far two private placements and the capital raised by them is all but gone
28.75 million 54 cent private placement shares come off their hold period June25th.
No real working capital or necessary cash on hand to move forward with trials or production
According to Ron another $50-$60 million needed for development and to get to production stage.
No forward forecast of any sales or revenue - ever
Yep - looks like a real winner. It is your money so I guess you decide.

Things take time. You just don't bring products to production quickly and with little money. It is expected that they will need the support of investors to raise money until they can sustain their selves. Nothing new
