I guess with all your expert knowledge you would know an APPLICATION must be submitted to the "Mississippi Oil & Gas Board" and it must be approved before they can drill! Apparently all submissions are on a Monthly Docket! Seems like I can't find one for the next requested well! DID FIND THE ONE FOR January's APPROVAL but nothing regarding any further wells to be drilled! So next application would need to be submitted in MARCH and APPROVAL might BE APRIL! SO WHO IS PAYING TO KEEP THE DRILL RIG at approx. $16,000 per day???
