Dead Zone
This compny is moribund, not surprising as the executive does nothing, will not respond to phone calls and has neither a web page nor an email address. The three things they will never miss are lunch, drinks and leaving the offixe early to beat the rush hour.
Some management are crooks, some are inept, some are mentally retired, some just want to get away from the wife for a while,and some are broke and have no idea of how to raise funds and progress the company. With this management group, you hope that their kids got their brains from their mothers.

Not quite dead zone maybe. I think you were a little kind to the Trump fans who manage this company as well as Trump manages his holdings. Has anyone heard whether the CEO had been charged? There is a story going around that they are trying to sell the shell. If there is a low priced placement announced with the insiders taking most or all of the shares, the game may be on.

So someone was interested in buying the shell for an interesting AI startup but no one answers the phone or returns messages. They are too busy to answer the phone? Panhandling, picking up cans, playing solitaire on the library computer? Try phoning the company 15 or 20 times and see what happens? If you are really lucky, the mailbox will not be full.
