Recently, AETH hit a significant milestone with the signing of a Profit and Intellectual Property Share Agreement with IDIPLOYER.
Encompassing the development, deployment marketing and sales of drones and UAVs, AETH and IDIPLOYER's agreement includes profit sharing on all of IDIPLOYER's NeXus and NeXusPlus Drone-in-a-Box sales alongside joint-ownership of all IP software and co-development.
By tapping into its extensive global network and provide new customer and industry research alongside client prospecting and sales negotiations, AETH will assist IDIPLOYER with its business development, marketing and sales of its drone product line for a cut of the profits.
Furthermore, in order to design and develop its software solutions to meet individual client needs and secure further sales, AETH will hire a software engineer to work directly IDIPLOYER with each company will owning 50% of the IP software developed.

This partnership follows AETH's two Strategic Partnerships with Limitless Integrations LLC, an integration solutions and deployment service provider for surveillance technologies, safety and security communications and with Senseta, an AI-driven cybersecurity and intelligent drone services company. Together, these partnerships reinforce AETH's three part business strategy, encompassing drone design and development, automation and integration and drone base station infrastructure and technology.
