You are either misinfomed or you yourself are deceptive as all you have to do is take 5 minutes and look at past news to see this falacy. Closology in my estimation is a positive. A big one. Look who the neighbors are and what they are saying and doing, you dipsheet. You don't think being located next to a success story is a plus?
