Very sad for shareholders believing in this pipe-dream. 

Nick, you have been exposed, we all know your heading to Aruba. 

Selling the farm....folding up... and then run to coconut-land! 

Beware, this is a scam since day 1 and will remain a scam until Nick bails with your hard-earned-capital.
