Because they are a joke. Keep raising money to pay their salaries...do not care about share holders at all! It is very VERY obvious!

If these guys were diluting to pay their salaries it seems they would sell publicly but this is a private placement which would suggest to me that their is a knowledgeable investor in the background. That said when I read that a Roumanian Hospital had a fire affecting the Covid-19 trial results compilation my BS meter does go off. What hospital when and is there a corresponding news story to

Insider selling? Insiders have very little skin in the game here and the if they felt "Confident" in the trial they wouldn't raise money here infront of data! The scientist who unethically went on the news to talk about scaring, the post trial additional of scarring endpoint, the CSO resigning, the pivot to DMT. You guys are blind or something

It's a non brokered pp. For all we know it could have come from one person. It's $2.7 million. If we don't get a single endpoint then almost immediately the sp will likely be below .25 so this is reflective of the risk at this moment.  Conversely this shows some confidence by someone or some people that the sp will be moving higher. I think we will know which way this goes

.25 and you guys still defend these clowns ! Not much confidence in data ..... No respect to shareholders ..... I suggested selling at 1.35 while there was a buyer, oh well you live and learn, some here don't learn to fast though ..
