RE:RE:RE:HC license I looked at when Rockey Mountain Marijuana Inc applied for their license and it was Aug 27 recieved approval Oct 11.  So approx 45 days.   Agra is at day 35.  AGRA's facility is much more extensive than RMMI.  So you can start thinking about this by the end of next week would be my estimate.
