Texan,  Thats fair, upon my first message I didnt realize you were simply offering to do comparative analysis on AGRA to Village Farms. And I apologize for that. I didnt/wont take you up on the comparison between the two as I hold no interest in Village Farms and have no intention on placing further bets in this market as I feel I have a big enough exposure to companies with good

VFF is highly regarded as the top grower in Canada!  If we can be close or considered with VFF as a premier grower that would be HUGE!!! Lets hope we have the success of VFF - although the grower is in a dispute with their partner and likely to force a  buy out with  the partner - that is something we can worry about in 2021!!

Is huge. Both are Pro Veggie growers with decades of experience.  The knowledge transfers, the location is same, and so much more.  We are behind the curve, but we get a fresh start in a fresh facility.  VFF is, as you said, having partnership issues, which can kill sucess.  Captain Mike is strong willed. Village farms is the model.
