RE:Armistice did not file the Alternative Monthly Report in DecIt just seems like this situation could have been handled differently instead of a mass liquidation which beat up a lot of small investors, albeit in the short term as we all expect a rally in the new year! For those who could continue to add at these prices is a bonus and only time will tell.
I find it difficult to believe that another solution could not have been arranged with management, was there not one single instuitational investor in north america that could take these shares, or 2 and split them based on the potential everyone sees in this product line. I still feel management could have absorbed some of this on its own; it just doesnt feel right that they were not able to come up with another solution; whats 10 mil amongst friends!
