Management got caught redhanded and Ryan is now in panic. That is why he is rushing to Ritchie for the interview. He wants to explain it away and hopes that investors are stupid enough to believe a word he says.
The whole deal can fall apart unless if management agrees to adjust the payout ratio to 75% Poda and 25% Inventors.
Management enriched themselves by taking a Poda patent for value that was clearly lower than its fair market value, this is a violation of shareholder rights and a possible securities violation. This patent is worth $45 million USD to Poda which the inventors are taking. Money belongs to Poda.
Today as shareholders we stand up for our rights.
