They need to restructure the payout to retail a lot higher and make it so the money given back to shareholders is not taxable as a dividend.Most here are in to PODA shares above 40 cents so paying full tax on a 40 cent dividend and having a stock maybe trade a nickle after taht kinda not workable.......There has to be a better way to get the 40 cent payout to shareholders structured differently......Maybe just a special warrant offered to all shareholders of PODA convertible into one share of new company after the selling of patents and pay out shareholders as a share sale instead of divi.......See what happens and see how great the TEETH of the BCSC are..My guess they have no ballz or clout to do anything as they are in ona ll these scams as well.......
