Not too sure the entire share structure but you would have to go check the former company invictus and see how Ryan spun the share structure. Personally, I have enough information and history dealing with the stock market to make an educated decision, and turning down the offer is complete shareholder suicide

@PricklyPete Kick and scream all you want too, but they have this done all legally.

@StopRunner @PricklyPete Okay now the question I have is how did they manage to suck out the legal rights to the patents when it was inside Invictus MD then spun into PODA technologies Ltd and then PODA Holdings acquires PODA technologies limited as a new issuer. Somehow these patents went from a 1.8 million valuation in Invictus MD got passed through two public companies yet the “owners” which is Ryan and the former Invictus MD CEO somehow acquired all the rights for $146,000 ?

@StopRunner I guess somewhere in the Howe Street Laundry mat they managed to sneak in some sort of legal paperwork without a vote to swindle the IP rights ?

@StopRunner My next question is if Landwyck or another operator comes with a new deal let’s say $150 million USD but just offers to buy all $PODA shares and not pay the owners directly how would that work? If they managed to acquire the rights to the IP in their personal names somewhere in the Vancouver Laundry cycle I’m guessing the other acquirer has to buy the patents from the owners directly
