NDA most likely with: British American Tobacco ($75 billion)

I have revised my speculation on the potential NDA partner whom is in discussions with Poda.

I believe that it is:   BRITISH AMERICAN TOBACCO  (market cap $ 75 billion USD)

REASON:

In January 2022 Poda recently signed a blend trial agreement with Landeywck, to hopefully be followed up by a commerical agreement.

Landeywck is 25% by British American Tobacco.

British American Tobacco and Philipp Morris are at war.

It would be illogical for Poda to be discussing with Phillip Morris as this would present a conflict of interest with Landeywck, which is under significant influence from BAT.

The deal with Landeywck would fall through and not make sense.

Given that Poda and Landeywck are exchanging sensitive information as there is a working relationship, it only makes sense that British American Tobacco would also be interested, being in the same family tree.

To add further fuel, Chiristophe Tepr worked at BAT in the Heat Not Burn products and, Eson sells to BAT.

It might explain why Eson put 2nd order on hold as they are most likely part of these discussions. 

In conclusion, we have an NDA in place, discussions with BAT.

We will know soon enough, but it will be BIG NEWS.
