PODA approached by BAT - Big Tobacco (Ryan video)

I found a youtube video dated November 3, 2021. Video is 5:18 minutes and was to introduce why Poda hired Christoper Tepr.

In the video Ryans of his excitment of having Tepr who built the sales team at Juul. He says that Poda product is superior to that of big Tobacco, that he is building manufacturing and, that he was going to compete head on with the giants: Phillipp Morris and BAT

Then something happens:

- LOI with Eson is cancelled
- Manufacturing plant cancelled
- IP purchased from Chinese partner for $ 2.45 million

The thing that happened was divulged on January 11, 2022 - Letter of Intent with Landeywck to become partners.

The 25% owner of Landeywck is BAT.

It therefore reasons that BAT realized that the Poda pods are a superior product to their own heat and not burn devices. BAT did not want to have Poda compete with them and, they saw that this product will give them an edge over Phillipp Morris.

The BAT interest seems to have been generated when Ryan went to Europe in September 2021 when he met big Tobacco and, was compliment by one big Tobacco player whom loved his product.

Since this video, Ryan has gone SILENT.

It therefore reasons that this silence is well justified, it is a material period where BAT through Landeywck will hook up with Poda. First step was to make a blend of tobacco that BAT wants to push. Once that is done then LOI get official and commerical quantities begin.

Do you know what it means to be in bed with BAT, it means billions of pods sold per year.

My personal opinion of course, but this is what I see.
