50% owner Eson $3.45 million / why $45 million USD to owners
It is my understanding that Poda bought out their Chinese partner which was Eson for $ 3.45 million as Eson held intellectual property, manufacturing rights, trademarks, etc...
So the question becomes if Eson held 50% and this was valued at $ 3.45 million why are the present owners (Ryan and partner) getting $45 million USD for the other share of the intellectual property and patents????
How could 50% of these rights go up 1500% in 2 months?
Shareholders of PODA need to get their fair share in this sale which is 90% of the proceeds, per my opinion

I have a question are we getting that $0.40 on top of the existing share price at the time?
