Let's be realistic here

This deal in no shape or form benefits the investors that have been following this company for the past year. Yeah sure there was ample amount of time to have averaged down your holdings which I'm sure most of us have done. When you gauge the situation this is being sold under correct valuation. Ryan Selby, you know this and talked a much bigger game during 2021. Personally as a current share holder this deal is not even remotely interesting. Get back to the drawing board and come up with something that benefits the holders and all parties involved. You can do better Ryan. Thanks appreciate the offer but I believe there's more value. TC

Yes but it benefits Ryan and Buddies......End of day it gets passed I think as many retail never vote and it gets counted as such I think they have enough votes lined up to pass maybe not.If it does not pass and Ryan really wants the deal to go through he might sweeten the chain of proceeds with a lot more going to company.But even if every penny went to PODA the company its still only a buck a ...more
