Deal
I am still thinking the deal is $0.40 cdn, and not US as some have pointed out. No disprect to them, but Ryan knows the stock is listed on the Canadian exchange so why would he put the shate price deal in usd. It is $0.40 cdn UNTIL Stated otherwise, and there has been no new release. I investors want more money and the deal is a bit unfair, but I am still voting for it. Why? Because if voted down then PODA loses $5M usd and has no other plans, at the present time. No manufacturing, just slowness and the stock drifts back down to sub $0.15 with massive dilution to achieve increased production. Not to mention years to wait. Myself, I will take the $0.40 and find other stock to invest in, rather than worry about Ryan selling his soul to screw over shareholders. I have seen this far too often on the stock market and shareholders really never win in these situations.

Do you own stock here ?Never seen a post by you on this board the past 18 months.Any event ifdeal voted down it might do as you say or they are then forced to sweeten the sharteholders portion a bit..These two insiders get over half when you consider their shares and warrants etc as well.Pretty much a even split and the company money only reason its gotten this fgar....

Yup, I have stock. Do not post on stockhouse much anymore. Management walked down the stock price prior with next to no exposure and they can do it again. Think about it, if the stock price was still $1.20 there is no way this deal would happen, hence why Ryan, in one of his interviews, expressed that he does not care about the stock price.
