Sale of the patents for 146k was or is in law a classic case of disloyalty to the shareholders !

To camouflage the assignment so that shareholders would not pay attention they used the word, "SINCE THAT TIME", ....... But if I were to guess it was in 2021 when the company became public, around May 2021. They get the patent for nothing from PODA and sell it for $ 45 million USD one year later. My personal opinion
