Looks like shareholders of record on 5-18-22 will be able to vote. Roughly 38% of o/s shares have voted yes already but they need 66% approval to pass. We are a part of the remaining 28% required for overall approval of this deal. We get a special distribution (dividend?) of $.40/cents per share in canadian dollars and retain our interest in the empty shell called poda holdings. Which appears to be virtually worthless after the sale. Correct me if I missed something.

No. You will get $.40/cents canadian which is worth approx. 79% of US dollars as of today, so $31.6 cents US if it happens at all. Voting  still to come.

Ryan read us the news when he said Im a buyer at these prices, as he walked the stock down and we still wondered what was going on......he was right, if we loaded up in the low .20s we got a double people!!!

no, vote first then they will release that info. Within 60 days of the vote though.

not really sure. Generally stocks move within their sale price. Probably a bit of risk reward. Sale has not been approved once it has been I would think it trades in a normal range of the sale price. If the vote does not go through this stock is going down to single digits.

It will go through even though its a terrible deal for most longer term PODA shareholders..My guess they are keeping it down purposely now to rake in 25% plus on all their buys and slapping the retail guys a bit more.......Fact is none are able to vote shares unless they owned them May 18 date of record.....Every disgruntled sale now by retail pretty much makes sure those votes are redundant as
