Just got off the phone with TD . They said the backroom is working with the Transfer agent . I'm getting the feeling they screwed the old shareholders .

The question is where are the sellers getting their shares . When it started trading the were 250,000 shares for sale at $ 2.50 by I think RBC .

can old shareholders sue? so where are the shares coming from if our shares are locked. they are. they have now transformed them as per, i forget who, maybe you had mentioned it. they remain ticker less but has at a prorated rate started april 2025 and in 3 month time periods they are allowed to trade. just when you think you've seen it all. something new to shaft shareholders. so if ...more

I have been trading full time since 1997 and this is a new one on me . They said it was voted for  but who woud vote for this ? Surely not the existing shareholders who should have been the only ones who had the right to vote .  I doubt old management voted to tie up their shares up for 2 years then get 15 % every 3 months after that ?

I am in the same boat. Just got of the phone with RBC Direct Investing He even said he has never seen this done before.
