RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Big Wind Capital Inc. Enters into Definitive Agreement with I can't say I'm too impressed with the communications skills of this company. Confusion still reigns among investors as to where the financing sits and where it is going. The deal itself hasn't been communicated well either. Let's hope they communicate with their customers a lot better. They are in the right space at the right time so they need to make the most of it now.
I would expect to see some product NR's following Exchange approval. That should get the stock price moving.

Any thoughts on the lenght of the last raise and autorities approval for the entire deal?
Board configuration was something I noted, after the first read.

Likely to become a consultant.Ryan Cheung[cfo] will be Big Wind's representative on the Board, with Ross McElroy also a rep during the Agreement process.
Don't worry,it will continue to be the same group, just a different configuration..Big Wind has the mining connections, but Hill Top has the technical expertise, and it is their product and platform the entire business will be run through.
There is a rumoured person of interest who wanted in for shares at the last minute.Does this not appear likley where the .60 portion of the PP comes in?Nowhere in any other PR of the LOI do we see any mention of any .60 financing...until now...and far after I was told by IR the first two portions of the PP was closed on Dec 01.We were all wondering why the PP wasn't announced as closed for so long, and the stock was stuck between .60-.80 like a PP was still going on.
Jmo,but the entire financing is done and that is why they have been able to finally announce news on the Definitive Agreement, and no longer talking about the LOI.
Over the next two weeks,we should see the DA announced as completed and agreed to by the Exchange.
