I am sure this filing has some significance....but Aion financials already show Pbic as owning 24 million Aion shares and 10 million warrants.....so why this filing...has to be an internal company regulatory thing! But is significant IMO!  Could be someone is going to buy a position in PBIc....to acquire a position in Aion ...just my speculation! The real news we are waiting on...is that ...more
