big news last Friday! Aion Therapeutic Inc closed the acquisition of Toppen Health Inc with a purchase price of $10M. Toppen owns a 7,500 sq-ft manufacturing facility in Florida. Stock to resume trading at market open today!

7500 square feet of an 18000 square feet structure, located at 675 Hickman Circle , Sanford Fl. Did they buy the building or a portion. Toppen seems to be mostly into water filtration. The company had ~$960,000 in revenue in y/e 2022. A loss of ~$170,000. Who knows??
