AMPD rejected dilutive financing, so share price dropped. So, to protect shareholders for long term. But share price drop for the short term.

The seller is an actively managed investment firm whom bought the shares at .05 and has warrants to exercise and also has to move money to other plays to keep their investors happy and diverse.
