So Courts ruled that construction can continue on the transmountain pipeline. That should help get western Canadian oil to world markets and better prices. When complete and in operation the oil glut in western Canada should greatly reduced or maybe eliminated. No doubt the ruling will be appealed to the Supreme Court but for now they can continue laying pipe. AOC is aquiring Canadian oil assets
