Financials were supposed to be out this week. What happened?

From the 22 Apr NR - "Currently, the Corporation anticipates being in a position to both complete and file the Corporation's 2019 Audited Financial Statements at some point by the week of May 18th, 2020."

Nothing up on SEDAR and nothing on the corporate site. And the corporate site still references the properties in Texas, not in Canada.
