Darn, did they not do a 1.8M financing not very long ago?
No wonder the bloody SP keeps falling. These guys must be living high, spending cash like drunken sailors to warrant more money and thus causing further dilution.
When will this stop?, WHEN?
Credibility is lacking here big time.
Unbelievable, but true.
Beginning to loose faith now.

They haven't even cashed in that 1.8 million dollar promissory note so it's completely untapped so far. These small PP's are being used instead to give these people skin in the game and a personal interest for Gcac to succeed.

Robotme, thanks Brother for your point of view. I am unsure as to whether the PN was cashed or not as you mentioned but in my view I still do not see the need for further dilution. If this Tech.etc is so good as being touted by our CEO, I cannot understand why companies are not lining up to get involved. As I have mentioned, having been here for 5 years now, I am a bit disappointed in the slower ...more
