The Company’s investment adviser is Merk Investments LLC.

Bought 1000 shares at $3.13 to add to my warrent position just minutes before it was halted.
Halts often imposed for news releases that have material impact on more then one company.
If I had to guess I would say some form of aquisition/merger.
I can not see them issuing more shares with the cash they have on hand and a private placement woudl not normally require a halt.
I have always thought they could be a acquisition target for one of the major players.
Hopefully news out soon.
