The Company’s investment adviser is Merk Investments LLC.

Actually they've got plenty of dough and are trying to hire two dozen people for for a wide variety of positions. Fiscal year end is end of November, means end of Q1 is end of February, Q2 is end of May. I'm thinking of giving shares of Valens for Christmas gifts, next summer people will think I'm a genius.
