Are these revenues accurate? Do they have contracts lined up to process for LPs? Or is it just Canopy?

This article is a must read. It confirms they are the only company that can roll process for others, it talks about their agreement with Canopy, and provide guidance on their top-line revenue starting this month. Lot of potential here, going under the radar since management doesn't do much promotion and own a large chunk of the company.
