RE:WARRANTStoday the price is/was 3.81 the warrants are at 2.54
Each Warrant is exercisable into one Common Share at a price of $2.54 per Common Share.
when you exercise, you have to pay 2.54 for each warrant that you exercise in order to convert it to a share.
if you paid more than 1.27$ ( 3.81 - 2.54 ) per warrant, you've lost money because you could have just purchased the shares outright for less than the price of the warrant plus the 'value'
so, take the amount you paid, + 2.54. if the actual stock is priced higher than that, you can exercise and get the stock "cheaper" than buying it outright.
if the value of the warrant increases, another option for you is to just sell the warrant as if it was a normal stock.
