RE:RE:RE:No doubt it will recover soon- See the highlighter news JW1985, I appreciate your extensive response but for any current or potential new investors, it does not provide any assurances that VGW is not going to sink lower or how affected VGW is by the vape health issues when it comes to supplying oil for to the affected companies selling flavour cartridges. No one is questioning the sector going lower or the political turmoil but if you do a lot of reading as you say please provide some facts, that can contribute to the discussion. The question is how and to what degree ( if at all) VGW production and future revenue/contract are/can be affected and not how much you know but prefer to keep it for yourself. There is definitely no value in doing that and as much as frustrating it may be to you I feel the same about people who post that they buying the stock without providing and concrete facts and numbers but just going with their gut feelings.
I am not saying that VGW is bad stock and in fact i am actively invested in the company but when you have a severe problem where people are dying from the product that VGW is partially involved you have to question how the stock can handle the situation and what kind of impact it will have on your investment...
JW1985 wrote: Honestly I feel like people should have to pass a profiency test to post on these boards. It literally pains me to read your post. Oils are the base of all products outside of flower. None of the oil VGW is selling is impacted. If you did a moments worth of due diligence you would know this. What flavoured cartridges are you speaking of? None of these products are available legally in Canada until December, so I’m going to go with none. How is VGW going to lose revenue? (See above). What this will do is cause more regulations and stricter requirements like Europe. Funny enough....it’s like management thought of this and has an accredited lab and is recognized as a centre of excellence in plant based science from Thermo Fisher Scientific. Let me save you lazy readers some time. Read Big Pharma. We not only offer turn key solutions on this front but are basically writing the manual on testing. When the government of Canada wants to look like they care by putting regulations in place who do you think they would ask for input? In my opinion....probably the guys that wrote the manual on testing and are internationally recognized. So first off, let’s do a lot less talking and a lot more reading and contribute meaningful thought out objective posts. If you can’t find a news release then you shouldn’t be investing. Consider doing some research on www.sedar.com. Maybe even pick up the phone and call the company. This board is so polluted with garbage it’s painful. Anyone wanna talk projected sales? Margins? Expansion plans? Regulations? Areas of weakness or strength in the business model? I’d even compare and contrast business models of competitors because they are different. What does that evolution look like? Thought out and justified share price projections? Let’s have those conversations. Call me cranky but I mean come on. I used to come on here to hear other people’s opinions and thoughts on the meaningful stuff not check for a press release. The sector is down. Baby out with the bath water to me. But maybe it’s a rerating on sales projections across the board. Maybe people are worried about vapes (we have beat this one to death already) maybe people are worried about the conservatives winning the election. Or maybe people are just over a sector that was all hype and bad execution for the majority of the time. Maybe people are cutting their losses because the see a recession coming. Maybe it’s all of it. To me....what it isn’t....is something this company did. Q2 2020 is what’s important. Rest is noise. Do us all a favour and stop posting if your not adding value. JMHO.
