Actually, what it says is this:

"Most cannabis stocks are at or near 52 week lows after a rough 2019. Earnings season is upon us, and there may be some pressure of tax loss selling for the next month. However, we expect a bounce soon after that."

Nothing about being green today, which anyone with a brain can see.
