The Company’s investment adviser is Merk Investments LLC.

Cannabis use is up 18%....'concentrate" on that.Canopy made a lot of promises and was in full hype mode for a longtime just like acb.They have Constellation's deep pockets....I wonder if Constellation would make that purchase if they had it to do all over again?It isn't happening as fast as predicted but Valens doesn't have their problems because they're not growing or selling flower.Sales in general and users are headed in the right direction for the industry and that's good news for Valens.Another 40 mil in the bank is good news and 2.0 is just gettin' rollin....also good news....glass is half full and this will be back over 4 bucks soon enough....I'm long and I'm not worried.....to the contrary actually.GLTA
