RE:RE:VLNS has a long histry of restructuringSome of the companies in the sector took over shell companies. In those cases, history is not important. What they did after that is important only.
I had a simple question what is the history of this company. Was this CEO was in charge during any one of the reverse splits.
I looked at the chart of the company and it goes back to 2011 and the share price of $12.00. Those reverse splits were made in 2015 & 2016. It is important for me to know who was in charge. I can find out on my own but it requires a lot of work. I thought that there has to be some long-term shareholders who may know the history Simple answer from rgHalifax is it existed from 2016. Some of you don't care or don't know why it is important.
This also means that an all-time high of $12 is irrelevant to determine a price target. The price history of this company and not the stock is important to predict the possible future price target. I have to determine my price target and fluctuation.
Price history. This company started as a penny stock in 2016 ran up above $1.00 never dropped below a $1.00 and had an all-time high is $4.50.
The crowd on this board questions the intention of anyone that wants to look into detail and asks tough and right questions. Most want to see only cheerleading posts. The people who post cheerleading posts and pump the stock all the time may be causing to naive investors.
My objective is to be more informed so that I can make the right decisions and make money. I don't want to bag holder.
The objective of this board is to share information. Everyone has different strengths and different approaches. Unfortunately, these boards generally attack and question anyone that points out the weakness of the stock. These boards have become cheerleading boards.
About a week ago some on this board called me clown / Tute.
For your information. This stock has a tiny short position no hedge fund is shorting it. You should try to find out more about your investment. The history of this company and its management is very important.
