Looks like at least one of the people mentioned is the CEO of Green Roads, so this is a good news story.

Someone called Laura Michelle Fuentes picked up 3.2 millon shares at $2.07 and someone else called Dale Simpson Baker picked up a couple of million shares as well, both with the description "pursuant to a take-over bid, merger or acquisition". Looks like they picked up and sold some of those shares through a private transaction. I cant find any information on either person.
