The Company invests approximately 80% of its total assets in common shares or securities convertible into common shares of companies engaged, directly or indirectly, in the exploration, mining or processing of gold, silver, platinum, diamonds or other precious minerals; held as bullion or other direct forms of gold, silver, platinum or other precious minerals; in instruments representing interests in gold, silver, platinum or other precious minerals, and/or in securities of investment companies, including exchange traded funds, or other securities. The Company’s investment adviser is Merk Investments LLC.

There seems to be a lack of focus by the execs. First it was extraction, then it was about being a third-party manufacturer, now it's about selling flower and CBD?

They used to talk about EBITDA and cashflow. Now, in their presentation, they present their value based on revenues. Has their focus shifted purely to generating revenue?

They look like they are chasing the latest trend with no clear path towards profitability. In their presentation, they say they are between "launch" and "grow" phase. Sounds good, but how will they achieve that and at what cost?

How long until they can turn all their acquisitions from cash drags into cash generating business? How much more financings will be needed? What's with the dubious loan agreements?

I wish I would be confident in investing in the company right now, but I'm not. I'm on the sidelines waiting for a better, clearer picture, and not just the next "transformation" which will come with more dilution.
