"not accurate and current" ... Report

"not accurate and current" ... ReportSo ... if the Company states "the Company advises investors to not take the Zamora Property NI 43-101 technical report as accurate and current" then shouldn't they also clarify what exactly is not accurate or current in the report? To my knowledge no significant work has been done on the property since the latest report for Zamora. This report is oiut there for eternity and needs to have any corrections due under the Company made to follow it forward, Id think. How should we feel about reports written by the same author and approved by the same executive team on other properties/projects held? Hopefully any other reports are accurate and cutrrent.
