What severance package? Are you referring to the break fee? The breakfee is being paid by Passport cuz they canceled the deal.

That's where they go from here.....the company doesn't have a solid revenue stream...it's been a tough year..no deals went through...Dec to Feb wasted ...and June to aug....when will they propose a plan and revenue stream...
