Im voting for Booth et all and I guarantee i have more at stake than all of you.   You people are so naive and stupid.   You're going to go with the group that has wasted millions and has done nothing but degrage the share price to amost 0.15.....Smart.   

Im not defending Booths debacles in the last year but he is an entrepreneur and not a proper CEO.    His group will have 50%+ of the vote guaranteed.

usa is a stock to get in, make money and get out - like ALL cannabis stocks.    I made a fortune in ACB and only idiots that didnt sell prior to legalizition deserve to lose their money. - you were all warned   

Now let Booth do what he does best and get the share price up so we can all sell and make money.  The current group has had 2 YEARS TO DO THIS AND FAILED!    Terry please save this company.

Oh and dont forget when Booth formed AUSA and put Dowty and the helm, he was given $30M to make deals.  This idiot Dowty couldnt even get revenues of 100k per year with $30M at his disposal....let that sink in......

lols They don't have enough votes. I actually joined their group 2 months ago because I was fed up with Dowty. But after Dowty resigned, and having seen the CSH's "plan", I called them and told them I would no longer support them. And they definately do not have 50% of the proxy votes. I believe they have around 35% about 3 weeks ago. Booth's name is horsesht right now lols

OMG how stupid are you people?   Booth grew the company to 16B and if you didnt sell, quit crying like a baby.  I bought early in the 0.50's held to past 12 CAD and sold all my shares.  ITS CALLED TAKING A PROFIT.   Everyone with any brains said these Cannabis companies valuations were out of whack and warned people to sell.  Now all of you idiots do is blame

You fail to recognize three key factors in your satire; TIME,  LUCK & CREDIBITLITY.   Lets set the stage: ~$3.3 billion dollars in impairment write downs and CLIMBING, this evidenced by a recent write down of ~$37 million arising from the loss in the Cann Group. Look at the changes now? I am not suggesting that it was not warranted that they pushed, it should be commended. Oilcan thanks for your insightful contributions.  Nice to see you back here posting and adding value to these boards.  Agreed with all your points.  I would like to add that the IPO day of Ausa really still needs to be audited and find out which of the concerned shareholders contributed to the sequence of events that day.  that day resulted in creation of thousands of innocent
