Protect Existing Shareholders

Fellow AUSA shareholders. We should stand together to protect ourselves if AUSA trys to move forward with share consolidation. This would ultimately dilute our shares, and adversely effect our capital. How much longer do we have to wait until the management becomes transparent about their plans to dilute our shares with the share consolidation. Maybe retaining legal counsel is in our best interest moving forward.

Best regards

I'm curious; what do you have against a share consolidation? It doesn't dilute the shares at all, and the consolidation alone would have zero effect on your capital.

If it were only that simple.  But you know consolidating the shares, the new share price will plenty to go down in price especially without any good solid news. Most reverse split are destined for failure.
