I have to laugh at the verbage you guys say in the last Nr what your doing the RS for....." The board believes that the consolidation will provide the company with increased flexibility to seek financing opportunities"

Who are you trying to kid????

The reason is .....your giving all the existing Shareholders a "haircut"....and a "Bowl cut" at that

Whatever!!!!
