Ayr Wellness Closes Acquisition of Levia Cannabis Infused Seltzer

MIAMI, Feb. 15, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ayr Wellness Inc. (CSE: AYR.A, OTCQX: AYRWF) (“Ayr” or the “Company”), a leading vertically integrated U.S. multi-state cannabis operator (“MSO”), today announced that it has closed the acquisition of Cultivauna, LLC, the owner of Levia branded cannabis infused seltzers and water-soluble tinctures.

Levia uses a proprietary technology which provides for rapid onset of the effects of THC, typically 15-20 minutes with lasting effects up to 3 hours, allowing for a more consistent consumption experience compared to many edible products.
